The profession

The job, day to day

Behind every business page that succeeds on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp, there is a community manager. The community manager posts at the right time, replies to comments and messages, handles criticism calmly and turns each follower into an ambassador. Restaurants, shops, schools, churches and artists all need someone to look after their image online.

The course teaches you how each network works and what it expects. You learn to define an editorial line, plan posts, create simple visuals and videos, and write messages that invite people to respond. You also learn to moderate, manage a crisis and read the statistics to keep improving.

In three months, you can take charge of an organisation's online presence. You can work for a business or an agency, or manage several pages as a freelancer.
