The job, day to day
Selling online is no longer just for large retailers. With a phone, an online shop, WhatsApp and mobile payment, a trader can reach customers far beyond their neighbourhood. But you still need to know how to present products, set prices, take payment securely, organise delivery and build customer loyalty.
The course teaches you to create and run an online shop, or to sell effectively through social media and WhatsApp catalogues. You learn to photograph and describe a product, set a fair price, offer Mobile Money payment and organise delivery. Finally, you learn to attract customers through advertising and bring them back.
In three months, you can launch or grow an online sales business, for your own shop or for an employer.
