The job, day to day
A good idea is not enough: you need to turn it into a project, gather resources, organise the work and bring others with you. That is the role of the project manager and the leader, found in businesses, associations and public bodies as well as in start-ups. These skills open the door to positions of responsibility.
The course teaches you the full project process: from idea to feasibility study, from action plan to budget, from task tracking to evaluating results. You discover project management methods and tools, then the basics of innovation and business models. Particular weight is given to leadership: communicating, motivating, delegating, handling conflict and making decisions.
You work on a real project throughout the course. You leave able to run a project, lead a team or launch your own business.
