The profession

The job, day to day

A great photo often comes to life after the shoot. The photo editing specialist corrects exposure and colour, retouches skin and details, cuts out subjects, creates composites and prepares images for print or social media. Photographers, studios, agencies and shops rely on these skills to give their images a professional finish.

The course teaches you to use professional editing software, from processing raw files to fine adjustments. You learn exposure and colour correction, portrait retouching, cut-outs and photo composites, then preparing files for their purpose: print, posters, websites or social media.

Every session ends with an image processed from start to finish. In three months, you build a portfolio and can offer your services to photographers, studios and businesses.
